BeschreibungУ статті висвітлено техніку виконання та методику викладання екзерсису народно-сценічного танцю та його значення у підготовці майбутніх фахівців хореографії. На основі історико-генетичного аналізу з’ясовано становлення та розвиток народно-сценічного танцю як навчальної дисципліни та його місце в змісті вищої хореографічної освіти. Застосування порівняльно-зіставного аналізу засвідчує відмінність екзерсису народно-сценічного танцю від класичного. Встановлено порядок вправ, техніку їх виконання та методику викладання. ; The article reveals performance technique and methods of teaching exercise of folk-stage dance and its importance in future choreography specialists training. On the basis of historical-genetic analysis, formation and development of folk-stage dance as a discipline and its place in the content of higher choreographic education were determined. The use of comparative analysis demonstrates the difference between the exercise of folk-stage and classical dance, both by technique and teaching methods, and characterizes it by the following exercises, namely: squats, exercises for foot mobility development, small throws, circular movements with the foot on the floor or in air, heel exercises, low and high turns of legs, small tapping, exercises with loose foot, preparation for a “rope”, zigzags (snake), opening of a foot on 90°, big throws.It should be noted that each exercise involves strengthening of the musculoskeletal and muscular apparatus of the dancer, develops and improves technical skills of future choreographers, introduces the manner and nature of dance movements of the people of the world.It is proved that it is advisable to learn each new exercise facing the barrier with one leg and then with another. After learning the movements, it is advisable to perform exercises holding barrier with one hand. It has been established that exercise of folk-stage dance implies construction of combinations according to the material being studied in the middle of the hall. Such work adds confidence to the manner of movements performance in the middle of the hall and facilitates assimilation of technically difficult movements.The conducted research does not exhaust all the aspects of the issue of technical and methodological constituent of exercise of folk-stage dance and its significance in future choreography specialists training and certifies the need for its further development in such perspective directions as peculiarities of composing exercise combinations of folk-stage dance, studying pedagogical experience of folk dance masters and optimization of higher choreographic education content.
